1. I have questions about my vehicle. What’s the best way to reach you?

2. Am I going to be hassled by a commissions-based sales staff?

Many auto repair shops pay their sales staff on commission. At America’s Service Station of Alpharetta, we do not. You can trust that our experts have your best interest in mind and won’t pressure you into a service or product you do not need.

3. What if I need a repair?

Before our automotive technicians recommend a product or service, they confirm the need for the product or service with our Client Service Team. Our Service Advisors will then walk you through the repair, explain why it’s recommended and offer the best solution available. 

4. What makes your warranty industry leading? 

Many auto repair shops provide a standard 12-month, 12,000 mile warranty. At America’s Service Station, we take pride in our workmanship and offer an industry-best warranty of 36 months/36,000 miles. We stand by our work and want to ensure you feel safe and secure. 

5. Can I bring in my own parts?

When customers bring in their own parts, we cannot guarantee the integrity of those parts, as many of these parts do not meet original equipment manufacturer specifications for your car. As a result, we cannot provide warranty on these parts. However, we are happy to order or supply any part you need and can guarantee our l for that part and repair service.

6. Does the weather really affect my car?

Yes. Cars that consistently reside in hot or cold temperatures can require extra care - especially cars that go from one extreme temperature to another in a short time frame. Tire pressure may change, A/C and Heating issues may arise, but don’t worry – America’s Service Station of Alpharetta can help.

7. Does preventative maintenance really matter?

Oftentimes, customers steer clear of preventative maintenance because it requires an up-front cost. Unfortunately, we frequently see customers pass on standard maintenance services, only to return months later with a much larger issue that stemmed from the original recommendation/maintenance schedule. Then, it can cost hundreds or thousands to resolve the issue. We want what is best for you and your car – it is one of the most important and valuable assets you own.
